Payment must be completed at the time of order using secure and verified payment gateways.
Prices are stated in the applicable currency and include taxes or duties only if specified.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if it cannot be fulfilled due to stock limitations, shipping restrictions, or legal obligations.
3. Shipping and Delivery
International shipping is conducted according to Incoterms 2020.
The responsibilities for transportation, customs clearance, taxes, and risk transfer are governed by the chosen Incoterm for your order.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only; Yousella is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen events.
4. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final.
Yousella does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.
Claims regarding damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Refunds, if applicable due to defects, will be processed in accordance with our internal inspection and approval procedures.
